If you are looking for a web design service that will incorporate your ideas, I would say that they seem to be very dedicated to meet the customers needs.

I would give an A in their communication and support abilities, I have had an interesting time way back when with communication failure from designer to designer so this is a must for me (thank goodness for the free quote), they are good with keeping you in the loop of where they are while building your site, and even though you are offered the choice of having up to 3 revisions on your site, i recommend that you take advantage of it and inspect your site for possible changes and so on. If you are interested in taking a look at some of their packages that they offer, I would recommend it to see if they fit within your budget.

*** UPDATE *** Although it is not always at the fault of the design company, but a few of their ‘designed sites’ seem to be off line so functionality and navigation testing is a bit challenging at this time.

All around the service seems to be pretty quality, the free offerings are tempting but when you view the prices of the packages from a ‘USD’ standpoint then everything may just be worth it, but I’m sure you can find someone to do it for less.

However, if they can deliver what they promise then and this can be tracked, then the service would definitely be worth it. Maybe if they set it up where they continued to work for their client’s until they delivered good on their services and promises. You know…
